MAKE COMMERCIAL WORKSHOP
2024

I worked as an animator and producer for MAKE’s Commercial Workshop 2024, a 6–7 month program designed to teach students the process of creating a 15-second spec commercial. Working with a fictional Doritos client and receiving creative direction from MAKE Creative Director Danny Robashkin, I initially joined the project as an animator and pre-production support.
As the project progressed, my role expanded into both Technical Lead and Producer. I helped manage tasks and deadlines, sent reminders to the team, took and distributed meeting notes, and helped keep the project organized throughout production. I also took the lead in developing and documenting the post-production pipeline, helping establish an efficient workflow and clearly define responsibilities for the team.
Below are examples of my production work and the efforts I made during this project.
Tracking on Discord
I took detailed notes during team meetings and shared them on Discord to keep everyone informed and aligned. I also posted regular reminders about assignments, deadlines, and upcoming tasks to help the team stay organized and on schedule.

Post Production Pipeline
As one of the technical leads, I helped design and develop our post-production pipeline. Through extensive testing and troubleshooting, I helped establish an efficient workflow and documented detailed instructions for how to use the pipeline. I also outlined team responsibilities and roles to ensure everyone understood their part in the post-production process.
