During my time at MAKE, I served as a Producer on the GoGo squeeZ LoudMouths campaign (partnered with One Horizon Media), helping deliver five spots: two Core spots, one Hybrid spot, and two Slymes collaboration spots. I managed day-to-day production support across artist feedback, client review rounds, voice-over casting and recording, and final delivery.

My primary responsibility was keeping projects organized and making sure details didn’t slip through the cracks. I organized and communicated artist notes through Wrike, serving as the first line of feedback before work was reviewed by the Senior Producer. I managed client review and feedback rounds through Frame.io, assisted with voice-over casting through Voice123, and took notes during voice-over recording sessions. I also QC’d final spots and coordinated final deliverables through Google Drive, helping ensure each spot was polished, accurate, and ready for client delivery.

Notes and Feedback

I translated client feedback into clear, actionable notes for artists, while setting and tracking key milestone dates throughout production. I also helped communicate progress and updates back to the client, keeping everyone aligned on timelines, revisions, and deliverables.

Casting and VO Recordings

I assisted the Senior Producer with voice-over casting decisions, organized auditions and talent options, and served as the primary note taker during voice-over recording sessions. I also helped facilitate communication between the client, talent, and production team to ensure feedback and direction were clearly captured.
