HESS 2025 - Race 500
During my time at MAKE, I contributed to the HESS Toy Truck Commercial 2025 across the pre-production, production, and post-production phases. During pre-production, I created and maintained the pre-production book, organizing key project information and resources for both the crew and client to reference throughout the process. I also assisted with art department coordination and wardrobe fittings, helping ensure that production needs were organized and prepared ahead of the shoot.
On the day of shooting, I worked as both a Production Assistant and Toy Assistant, supporting the production team and helping with the handling of the HESS toys on set.
During post-production, I supported client communication by helping relay client feedback to the artists and ensuring notes were communicated clearly and efficiently. I also assisted in leading and taking notes during mixing sessions and voice-over recording sessions, helping track creative decisions and feedback throughout the finishing process.
Overall, my work on the HESS Toy Truck Commercial 2025 gave me hands-on experience across multiple stages of production, from pre-production organization and on-set support to post-production coordination and client communication.

Pre Production Prep
I used Adobe InDesign to design, format, and organize the HESS Toy Truck Commercial 2025 pre-production book. The book included key information about the crew, talent, and client, as well as sections for the art department, wardrobe, hair and makeup, and schedules for both the pre-light and shoot days. I was responsible for keeping the book organized, up to date, and ensuring that all information was accurate and accessible for both the crew and client.
Prelight & Shoot Day
I worked as a production assistant during both the pre-light and shoot day for the HESS Toy Truck Commercial 2025. I assisted with talent during wardrobe changes, helped with toy placement and resets between takes, and supported the crew in preparing and resetting the set for upcoming shots. I helped keep the production organized and running efficiently throughout the shoot.
Post Production Feedback
I served as one of the main point of contact between the client and the artists, managing multiple rounds of creative review and feedback throughout the project. I organized and translated client notes into clear, actionable direction for the team, helping ensure feedback was understood, prioritized, and efficiently incorporated into the work.
