HESS Plush 2026
During my time at MAKE, I worked across multiple stages of the HESS Plush 2026 project, supporting the team through pre-production, production, and post-production. One of my primary responsibilities was creating and maintaining the pre-production book, ensuring that the information was organized, accurate, and easily accessible for both the crew and client. I also assisted with casting and wardrobe fittings and provided on-set support as a production assistant during the shoot.
During post-production, I helped facilitate communication between the client and artists by relaying feedback and creative notes. I also supported mixing and voice-over recording sessions by helping lead the sessions and documenting important notes and revisions. This role allowed me to contribute to the project throughout the entire production process and gain experience in both creative and production coordination.

Pre Production Prep
I used Adobe InDesign to design, format, and organize the HESS Plush 2026 pre-production book. The book included key information about the crew, talent, and client, as well as sections for the art department, wardrobe, and schedules for both the pre-light and shoot days. I was responsible for keeping the book organized, up to date, and ensuring that all information was accurate and accessible for both the crew and client.
Prelight & Shoot Day
I worked as a production assistant during both the pre-light and shoot day for the HESS Plush 2026. I assisted in talent wardrobe changes, supported the crew however they needed, and filmed behind-the-scenes.
Post Production Feedback
I served as one of the main point of contact between the client and the artists, managing multiple rounds of creative review and feedback throughout the project. I organized and translated client notes into clear, actionable direction for the team, helping ensure feedback was understood, prioritized, and efficiently incorporated into the work.
