XBOX Team Spirit

Limited Edition Controller

As a producer at MAKE, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Mutiny agency to create a trailer promoting XBOX's Team Spirit Limited Edition with XBOX Design Lab.

The Team Spirit trailer was a fun and challenging project that pushed us into a fresh visual style. We leaned into a more photobashing-driven approach, using bright, bold colors pulled directly from the controller’s color combinations to create a look that felt energetic and distinctive.

A major focus was building a rhythmic cadence throughout the edit, carefully balancing the timing, transitions, and visual flow to keep the trailer feeling dynamic from start to finish. Working closely with Mutiny, our team at MAKE brought the creative direction to life while navigating the technical and production challenges along the way.

The result is a high-energy trailer that gives the product a strong visual identity while capturing the playful, fast-paced spirit of the Team Spirit campaign. It was a collaborative project that challenged us creatively and was a lot of fun to bring together.

Below are examples of my production work and the efforts I made during this project.

Look Development Organization

In the beginning stages, I assisted the creative director in giving artistic direction and gather ideas for look development. I organized the artists’ styleframes into a cohesive, aesthetically considered presentation for the client, ensuring the work felt unified while clearly communicating the creative direction. I also structured the styleframes around two distinct themes and visual languages, creating a clear framework for exploring and presenting the different creative approaches.

Client Notes

I served as the main point of contact between the client and the artists, managing multiple rounds of creative review and feedback throughout the project. I organized and translated client notes into clear, actionable direction for the team, helping ensure feedback was understood, prioritized, and efficiently incorporated into the work.

Budget & Overage Tracking

I managed production overages resulting from additional rounds of feedback and assets that fell outside the original scope. I tracked these requests, communicated the associated costs and impacts with the client, and worked to keep approvals and expectations aligned throughout the project.
